Ridgeway Plumbing Atlanta

Keith has been to our house now multiple times to fix various different issues (old house). Fair priced, fast, and awesome service. I won’t call anyone else for help with a plumbing issue than Ridgeway now.

We called Ridgeway to snake and unclog a drain of ours. They unclogged the drain and charged us $750 for it, which was fine. About a week later we still had a sewage smell coming from the drain. We asked them to come back to help and they didn't call us back. After two weeks the sewage backed up again and we called them to see if they could come back. They blamed us for clogging the drain and said they would charge us again if they came out. We called a different plumber that unclogged the drain (Ridgeway didn't remove the full clog initially, it was further down the sewer line). The new plumber also gave us a 6-month warranty. I don't recommend Ridgeway plumbing because they didn't stand by their work and didn't fix our problem. We had to hire another plumber to fix their mess. Services: Sewer cleaning, Drain cleaning

I called and they answered! Ridgeway Plumbing Atlanta was are service tech, he took less the a minute to find the problem and gave us a cost effective options. Highly recommend, and we found our new plumbing services for future needs.
