Had a leak from bedroom shower doen into the laundry room. Tech used my Samsung front loaders washer & dryer to get his 300+ pounds up on them bent & dented badly my good & young conditioned appliances as his later with his F×%kn knees to brace & balance himself for leverage & they've yet to resolve with all the evidence I've presented. The tech even lied about it like this is going to go away. Given enough time so they will see me soon... I really want the tech to stand in my face & repeat what he CLAIMS he said to me..Didn't even notice it until they were gone but now I know when I came to the front door before they left he looked worried & in a rush!!????????
