Was replacing my kitchen floor and some drywall in an older wood home when we see water coming in the wall during the recent heavy rainfall. A water mitigation company quoted thousands of dollars to run dehumidifiers, but would not repair the actual problem- rotting wood exterior. Adam came by the same day and had Travis (awesome dude) here working within a week. A week after work started, all of the rotting exterior wood has been replaced, painted to match, and a damaged porch roof has been replaced with a new metal roof- all done at a very reasonable price. Work looks great, timeliness and professionalism in spades, and the wife is happy.
