Called them late in the day about my A/C not working. They called back and set up a tech for the following morning. The tech called me he was on his way and it was early in the morning which was great. The technician was very friendly and explained everything. He gave costs up front before doing work so that I wouldn’t get sticker shock. He was fast but careful and did a thorough diagnostic of my A/C unit. I was very pleased.
