Sig Cox Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been using Sig Cox Heating and Air Conditioning to maintain our HVAC system and do the repairs if needed for a few years now. They are very responsive, professional, timely and do a good job overall. The technicians that come home take their time, explain the process they work on, give recommendations and direct us to get the best use of our system. Fan on our AC went out at midnight on a Saturday. Called to leave a message, to hopefully start a service call and instead talked to an actual (albeit tired) person. Nate shows up the next day after lunch, very professional, gets right to work, fixes the problem quickly, explains it what all he did. As always we are very happy with their work. A falling tree took out our A/C Sun night, just as the heat of southeastern summer showed up. Sig Cox responded quickly to assess the situation. On Friday morning they had installed a new A/C, and we’re very comfortable again. Installers Matt & Smiley were cheerful, professional, and effective.
