From start to finish the the whole process was easy. Their rep came out to check out the windows on the house and write us up a quote. A few weeks later the crew was out and did and incredible job! Great customer service with everyone except the screen guy. He tried to charge us for lifetime replacement screen in our contract then hung up on me when brought to his attention. The screens weren't fitted properly and loose. Ended up having to redo myself.

We had a sales rep come out in October and quote us a rather expensive price to replace our shower. Somewhat reluctantly, we agreed and signed the contract. We were told there might be a delay in production due to COVID, however, 3 months later, after numerous attempts to contact them for an update, we have been hung up on and promised a call back, but have never received one. Update: We FINALLY had someone reach out after our multiple attempts. We got the shower installed yesterday and it looks amazing! The installers were very kind, efficient and professional! They ran into a little hurdle but made sure we got the best of the best. Kuddos to them for a wonderful job! Communication from the company may need some work but the craftsmanship is on point!
