I would like to give a Great Big Shout Out to the folks at TempRite Mechanical for coming to my mom's rescue on the coldest day in January when her heater stopped working, she needed a part and the part stores were closed so she called TempRite and they had a part in there shop and went to the shop and met them there and my brother was able to have her heat within a few hours. This is the second time my home warranty company has sent this company, TempRite to my house to repair my HVAC. The first time it was a quick fix - clean the outdoor unit and clear my drainage pipe. This was only shocking because I had previously being paying a locally high rated company to preform routine maintenance on my HVAC. The technician stated they had been cleaning it wrong the entire time. Most recently, Tommy came out to my home due to my outdoor unit being completely frozen - but still heating. Needless to say, he was able to repair the wires which controlled the defrost function on the unit. He was timely, efficient, and professional. Honestly, I was hesitant about this company when I read some of the earlier reviews before the first visit. However, they have been dependable and fixed the problem immediately. The first visit, the owner came out and said because it was a big job to call him directly if there were any issues after he left - never an issue after the cleaning.
