TempRite was sent my way by my insurance, Tommy came in and tried to fix the furnace which turned out it's not fixable, he was able to get a furnace replacement approval from the insurance company in no time. Chris a Dale came in and install the new unit, they were professional, I had a small air leaking issue that I have to call the next day were they came back and fixed it under their work warranty. This company is remarkable. From their customer service starting in the office to the professionalism of the technician at your home. I had been without ac for over a month, my home warranty company contracted a different company to begin with that came out without calling and scheduling with me the tech pulled in my driveway as i was leaving for work so I had to call work and let them know i would be late and then the tech spent the next 2 hours looking at my hvac and then told me my unit needed replacing and there was nothing that could be done to fix it. I called the home warranty company to get a second opinion. This time they sent Temprite, not even 15 minutes after they told me it was dispatched to them Aly called me to schedule an appointment. My appointment was on a Friday afternoon. The tech Tommy called me when he was on the way, arrived in the 2 hours i was told he would and he was able to fix the issue instead of just wanting to replace the system, which works better for m

My home warranty company, 2-10, contracted Temp Rite to fix my Heating system issues. I was able to get an appointment within two days. The technician, Tommy, did an excellent job of diagnosis, I have a "Zoned" system. It took longer than expected to order and receive the parts, but installing the parts went smoothly and we are up and running.
