Very prompt with appointments. Had to change time due to family emergency but he called to reschedule so I wasn’t Waiting for a no show. Scott Gunter was very professional and told us about leaking area that could be fixed without replacing whole roof. Scott came to house to talk to us IN PERSON. Willing to negotiate price and warranty time. Biggest plus nails were vacuumed very thoroughly—no stray nails found in driveway nor on grass. Cleaned up COMPLETELY. Also this was only person that told us about the house insurance discount if we use better, architectural shingles. Scott stood behind EVERYTHG, very professional, not pushy about our making decision. Always reachable. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, and Scott Gunter as representative. Crew is licensed, bonded, insured and maintains OSHA safety while on site. 8 people came and did roof in 8 hours!!! Service: Roof installation

Scott Gunter was incredible. As a first-time home owner this was my first time dealing with roof damage. We called Scott who came out same day, walked us through the process of what to expect and what to do next, and was easy to get in touch with throughout the whole process. He also came out when the insurance company sent out their inspector and made it so that we didn't have to do anything other than the initial call. His company provided options for the new roof, with EXTREMELY transparent prices and processes, and installed the new roof promptly, efficiently, and pain-free. If I could do it again I wouldn't change a thing. Great guy and great company!
