We could not have asked for a better experience! Our home is over 20 years old and we had been hesitant in getting the roof looked at for a while. We recently had a leak, that ended up having nothing to do with the roof. Milledge Roofing came out & not only helped clean up and check out our leak, but also advised us to have the roof checked for hail damage, due to a recent storm. Mike went out of his way to meet with the insurance inspector & made the entire process completely seamless. He did everything from answering questions to advising on different shingles & colors. We had a brand new roof and gutters within days and made what had seemed like a huge chore, absolutely painless. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the owners and the company! Brett, Mike, and Seth were very informative and I felt no pressure throughout the process. Seth was great with the inspection and walked me through the initial process. He was also present when the insurance adjuster was here and was able to communicate exactly what was going on, and worked with the adjuster to get our claim approved. Mike was very helpful with keeping me informed of expectations, next steps and made sure things ran smoothly. They were able to get our new roof put on and have everything cleaned up and ready to go in one day. I know one of the owners, Brett Davis, personally and can vouch for his character and the way he/they conduct business. When we noticed water dripping from the ceiling we called Milledge Roofing. Brett set up an appointment for the next day with Mike. Mike called to let us know when he was coming and what he’d be driving. He listened and addressed our concerns. He arrived on time and was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem, gave us options, and then proceeded to fix it. (A hole in the roof - who knew?) I’m really glad we called them and will be recommending them to others. Thanks guys.
