Great technician by the name of Joe. Very smart, and efficient. He was dispatched to the wrong location but still made it in plenty of time.
Late on a Thursday, going into a long weekend, our water heater tank didn’t just fail, it was leaking and forced us to turn off the water supply to the house. Tom Stiles was very responsive to our plight. He personally came out the following morning to inspect our situation and arranged to have a replacement installed the same day! The technician (Marcus) was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would heartily recommend Stiles for any plumbing/HVAC needs you may have! Service: Water heater installation
