Clout Heating & Air

I recently noticed a mold/mildew smell coming from one of our floor vents and my wife and daughter were having allergic symptoms and so I called Clout to setup an initial appointment. They gave me a window between 12-5 for someone to come 2.5 days later for an air quality assessment. On the day they were supposed to come, it got to be 3:30 so I called to check on the status and see if the tech was still coming or if we needed to reschedule. I was told that the tech would reach out to me with an ETA. This did not happen. At around 5:10pm I called again and Clout told me "sorry, we think we will have to reschedule". I said okay, can we reschedule for the next day? I was again told that the scheduler would call me to setup an appointment and again I heard nothing. Here we are 4 days later and still no communication on if/when they will be able to come. I understand if you're busy or if you're having staffing issues, but the communication was about as poor as it could possibly be. Luckily

Very organized. Easy to schedule. Courteous and knowledgeable technicians. Darius was very professional and thorough. Couldn’t be happier with the entire process.

Have been using Clout Heating & Air ever since we bought our home in 2021 and have nothing but positive things to say. They are always very responsive and very helpful.
