Clout Heating & Air

Clout came to diagnose my HVAC and determined that the compressor needed to be replaced. The tech said the office would send me a quote the next day. However, after a week I finally gave up and had another company do the repair. I called daily and was told each time that my quote was being escalated to the manager but never received a call or email. As other reviews have mentioned, responsiveness and follow up are a big concern. Service: HVAC system repair

Have been using Clout Heating & Air ever since we bought our home in 2021 and have nothing but positive things to say. They are always very responsive and very helpful. They have my best interest in mind and I never feel as though they are being anything but genuine when servicing my system. Service: A/C system vent cleaning

Great company. I really like all the technicians I have encountered. Very professional. They did a complete install for me and I’m very pleased with that decision. And, there are also some scheduling issues and the filters for my particular unit never seem to be in stock. It takes a while to get proper filter. Overall ???????? thumbs up!
