Rocky’s Plumbing Jody with Rocky’s Plumbing is an excellent plumber, along with Cody. The first thing that was noticeable about Jody was not his plumbing skills, but it was how he returned calls and text messages. How impressive! His plumbing skills are impeccable. In no time, he was able to assess the situation and he knew what to do. When he was explaining what needed to be done, he was patient with my husband who is mostly deaf and with me since I know very little about plumbing. When I asked a question about the recommended plan, Jody gracefully took my pad and wrote out the plumbing terms and cost. He explained things in a way that I could understand. We left out one plumbing issue, by oversight. We mentioned the problem once Jody arrived and he said he could take care of it in the same visit. I sell hotdogs at the Lowe's store in Fort Oglethorpe and see these guys in there all the time. Based on my observations and communications with them... they are some of the busiest and hardest working group of guys. They obviously know what they are doing if they are staying that busy. As I am interacting with other patrons and they start talking about plumbing needs, Rocky's Plumbing is the only one I would recommend. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years and I have learned to tell when someone is full of it, or actually know what they are doing. Take my word for it, Plumbing is not a problem, when you hire Rocky's Plumbing!!!!

We woke up on a Saturday to a basement floor full of water. I called around 1pm - someone was here by 3pm and done and gone by 5pm. They gave us the price they quoted and did an excellent job - even gave some advice on other issues we were unaware of so now we can have those taken care of too.
