Acker Heating & Cooling

We have used Acker Heating and Cooling for years. They are a family owned company with a great group of people. Large enough to service several areas, but "small town" enough to know their customers. They are a company that can be trusted. They take the time to listen to the customer and answer questions to the best of their ability. We have never felt they were pressuring us to buy their service or product. They would present what we needed and would give us the time to talk it over and make a decision right for our budget. Because of how well they have handled all our needs, we trust them when we are faced with a quick decision (i.e. summer extreme heat and no a/c). If our system needs maintained or repaired, we feel Acker works hard to give us the best price possible to complete the job. I had to have HVAC installed in a rental home that I own. Acker quoted me on several options and walked me through the pros and cons of each. Once I'd made a decision, they were able to move quickly, following through on all their commitments on timing and quality. I also got a quote from another business from which I was offered a $3000 "discount"; the price was still $2000+ higher than Acker! Acker installed all the ductwork, vents, HVAC, etc efficiently and did a high-quality job. Highly recommend!
