We contacted Air Force Heating and Air conditioning as our unit was inoperable A technician came out and diagnosed our problem. We were informed that we needed a motor for the fan, and what it would cost to rectify the problem. Later that day, we learned that Air Force didn't carry our part and it had to be ordered. Also, the cost for the exact part we needed was much higher. The general manager( Brandon Adams) contacted us with a sincere apology. He stated that since the error was on their end, the company accepts full responsibility for the inconvenience ,and would cover the difference. Integrity and responsibility is what consumers long for and appreciate. We found Air Force Heating and Air conditioning to be extremely helpful, genuine and honest. we highly recommend this company to others.
We had been struggling with our back AC unit (bedrooms and back of home) since the onset of the summer season. I had searched and searched reviews as I am sure you are doing right now...LOOK NO FURTHER!!! If you are worried about schey, go online and use their convenient online inquiry page and scheduling system and someone will call you that day too speak with you about what your heating or cooling issue is and how they can help . After our appointment was made, our friendly technician called ahead thirty minutes prior (this was after my previous email, and text reminder I did receive ) LOVE IT!!. Upon arrival he listened intently too our complaints and then took about 30 minutes assessing the situation. After that was completed he returned with his diagnosis, we agreed too his assessment and our costs (could NOT believe we suffered ALL summer) and he was going to help us for such a reasonable price!
