CCHAC installed our units when our house was built in 2014. I slacked off on doing annual check since new, then in 2019 weekend before family coming in for a graduation the upstairs unit breaks. Ooopppsss. CCHAC was on site that day and got it cooling somewhat but had to wait for a part. Still under warranty, so dodged a bullet. I have had them back every year since in the spring so no surprises. And that same unit just glitched again SURPRISE, but the tech, think his name is Cameron, diagnosed a secondary problem (fixed it) and then found the primary problem that created the secondary (fixed it). Should be the service plus a new Contacter on the bill when it comes in, but whatever it is these folks are very fair and VERY GOOD! Oh, forgot, a couple years ago came out where the air handler somehow came loose and airflow was limited, asked me if I had ever been in the unit and I hadn't, they fixed it and said it had to be their mistake since they set it up years before.
