Columbus Seamless Inc - Gutters, Roofing, Siding, Windows

Hired Columbus Seamless to install gutters on outdoor living room after ruining rugs because of rain seeping in. I also had them install the Leaf Logic gutter guards. My estimate was extremely reasonable. I cant say enough positive words to relay how hard working, reliable and professional Kevin and James were . Their work was exceptional and they did a very thorough clean up when they finished. I am beyond pleased with the finished project and just want it to rain now so I can see the difference in the dryness of my floor. I give them my highest recommendation.

Horrible window company. They start out being professional and talk about how they are a good company and very reliable; however, I ordered windows and got an estimate in August of 2021 and til today February 2022 I did not receive a phone call about the status of my windows. I had to call them every time, once in OCT, then twice in NOV and still no phone call. Then i went to the office to kindly ask for a refund since i did not receive good communications and my windows still did not come in and they refused saying that one i signed a contract and two they used that money to order my windows. I've learned that through any window company, they do not ask for money up front and everything gets paid in full after all services are rendered. I went with a different window company and they are way more professional than Seamless Windows. Never again will i use them for any service!! Hence the one star only cause i had to rate them at something and no to using them as a business!! Be careful

I had Columbus Seamless, Inc. installed a steel/metal roof with a lifetime warranty on our home on September 19, 2014 for $15,162.33 in which said steel/metal roof leaked at least 13 times and Columbus Seamless refused to replace or resolve. I had to replace his leaking roof myself last month at my cost because Steven Jenkins, the owner of Columbus Seamless, did not nor does he still not accept any type of responsibility for his leaking metal roof. I had to get my attorney involved in which then Steven Jenkins decided and agreed to pay me for less than half of the cost of the metal roof, which I agreed to, so as to end this dilemma. However later than same day, Steven Jenkins went back on his agreement to pay and reneged on his word. I am now having to take Columbus Seamless/Steven Jenkins to court for resolution. Since the installation of this steel/metal roof on our home by Columbus Seamless, we encountered events of water leaking from said roof totaling a period of over 5 years. Col
