Casey is not the owner of this business and never had the authorization or consent of the actual business owner to make any sort of financial decision. ** Immediately after I posted my review on Facebook, Casey contacted me from the business profile and began to cuss me out. This just shows the person he is and the level of unprofessionalism he represents to the brand. ** My agency designed not one but two websites over the course of this year and was never paid one penny. It all started earlier this year when Casey reached out to my agency requesting a fully custom website for this business and when we finally delivered it, Casey went completely ghost and did not return any of our calls, emails, or messages regarding the payment and approval of the website. Quality Essential Renovations remodel one of my bathrooms. Casey and Donovan both came out promptly when I asked for a quote. They explained everything thoroughly and even had some elegant design ideas. They were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable all while having a fantastic personality that continuously kept me at ease through the entire process. The work that was done was pristine and by far passed my expectations. I have more remodel projects and Quality Essential Renovations will definitely get the jobs!
