They were awesome. Called them for the church, Victorious Faith Christian Center, and they came right out early the next morning. We were cool by the time for our event. Will use them in the future.
I called the emergency line and the on call Tech who answered was very unprofessional. He was very condescending. He made it a point to inform me of the hourly rates and minimum charges which is fine. But that was after I had already requested that he come out. After he informed me of the rates, he asked me again if I wanted him to come out. This is when he become unprofessional and condescending in his tone of voice with me. You could tell that he was aggravated with the fact that someone was making an emergency call at 7:45 PM at night. I understand that late calls like this can be an inconvenience however if your on call, it’s your job to respond after hours and represent your company in a professional manner.
My AC conked out. I made the call to Hewitt and they were out here in no time and fixed my problem. Thank you ❤️
