I had a 20+ year old unit that went out on me in the prime of this summer heat and they were able to give me not only an amazing price for replacing my unit but also installation was fast. Tue tech was very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions/concerns I had during this process. I am no longer in this brutal heat and I now have a new unit that will last my home years on out. My A/C stopped working in the middle of summer, and I called J&B Heating and Air, and they came out same day. The technician was very professional and experienced, and got to work right away, and he diagnosed the problem correctly within a few minutes. He even had the part on hand and finished the repair in no time. He explained everything to me in detail and showed me the old part (capacitor) he took out and replaced. Then he checked the temperature from the vent to make sure the A/C was working, and it was working like a champ immediately after the repair. He also replaced the filter as well.
