When my air conditioner stopped working, Dan Goss responded quickly to my plea for help. (He had fixed my furnace 18 months earlier). Dan offered to work on Memorial Day and I was very pleased with the quality of service and reasonable price. Dan fixed the capacitor, did diagnostics to determine I needed more refrigerant and installed a new thermostat. He explained everything and made suggestions for making my unit run more efficiently. At no time did he try to “up-sell” me on anything, which I really appreciated. Dan is also pleasant company! I heartily recommend Comfortman for all air conditioning and heating issues. Dan was great. He has an answering service that takes calls when he’s under a house somewhere, they were very professional, bright and cheery. And so was Dan, who called me within five minutes of me leaving a message. He asked a few questions to help narrow down the problem. Then he showed up 15 minutes later and we had AC within an hour. I called Dan to schedule an appointment(Thursday) his next availability was Friday. I received a call Thursday late afternoon “he had a few minutes to spare” could he come help me? WOW he chose a customer over a short break and cooling off!! I call that above and beyond especially in this heat after an already busy long day.
