Well I am back! This is a follow up review. Finally got the roof replaced and it wasn't even a question as to whether Orange Roof would be the company used. Oscar was great!!! Just as before when the repair work was done. Oscar is extremely professional and flexible. He made the process super painless by handling any and all approvals that were needed as well as working with our HOA requirements. The work Oscar and Orange Roof does speaks for itself. The work was completed in 1 day and everything was cleaned up! Truly affordable and professional!!! Thank you Oscar and Orange Roof!!! I don't have a complaint of the work completed despite installers drinking alcohol as roof was done, but the process was a nightmare in communication. The owner wanted to negotiate cost with insurance in which I completely supported. However, this caused the payment to be prolonged. He accused me of stealing the payment as if it was coming from me vs insurance. He even went as far as telling another customer that referred me to him, I stole the insurance money. I later found out another customer of his was insulted and harassed about payment from insurance related to their roof as well. I support small business owners and don't understand the purpose of tarnishing the name of customers with lies. I would not recommend Oscar with Orange Roofing to my worse enemy.
