Contacted last week, was told a specific person would call me back ASAP, called again today. Same specified person NA, left message. Called back shortly afterwards, let me know that they are not providing the service requested until after Jan. 2022.
I called on Saturday morning and even with the distance (north Habersham County) a tech showed up in less than 2 hours and promptly fixed our air conditioning. McGee is prompt, professional, and reasonable. I strongly recommend them and will use them in the future.
I am so pleased with McGee Heating and air. We have just moved to Elberton and received great service. The two technicians that came out were very polite and explained everything they were doing. They even had a part that needed replace on a old unit we have. So glad I called McGee Heating and air.
