Such a great experience, from start to finish. Owner is very professional and responsive. Crew were all wonderful people, took great care to avoid loose nails in yard/driveway. Based on customer reviews, we chose E-Z Roofing for our gutter replacement project. They installed a gutter system that includes a gutter helmet, and also a sun tunnel for our living room. After researching, we opted for a sun tunnel rather than skylight for our home's particular needs. We had a living room with inadequate light coming from one corner, but now with a sun tunnel installed we have plenty of natural light, and I must say our family is very pleased with the outcome. There was one issue that came up later regarding excess rain coming down the roof valley, which caused overshooting the gutter. Joe was contacted, an assessment was made, and soon Colby came over and installed a splash guard, which seems to solve the problem now. E.Z Roofing is a family oriented company. Two other roofing companies, who will go unnamed but have lots of commercials and billboards, said they could fix my metal roof. I had the roof fixed three times over the last four years. The leaks just kept on coming. A friend told me to call E-Z Roofing. They really examined the roof and made suggestions for repairing or getting a new roof. Of course, I tried the repair first. It worked . . . and then a new leak showed up someplace else. They had warned me that might happen. I should have listened. So, I gave up and went for the new roof. Their communication with me throughout the process was great. The women in the business office were always available to answer questions about cost, let me know what was happening next, coordinating with homeowners' insurance. The roofing crew was amazing.
