We used Brett Hayes because they did my son's roof replacement and they did a great job on his. We dealt with Matthew Davis. Mr. Davis was very professional and explained everything that would happen. He was excellent dealing with the insurance adjuster and the insurance company. The crew that came and did the roof was EXCELLENT. They went above and beyond to do a great job. They were efficient and thorough. They finished the roof quickly and did a great job on clean up. We had a lot of yard ornaments and didn't even think to move them but the crew did so that nothing got broken. I can't say even great things about Mr. Davis the roofing crew and Brett Hayes. This is an outstanding company! Everything about our experience was positive. We worked directly with Preston Williams (sales rep), and everything about our experiences with him was fantastic. He is responsive, personable, and professional. He worked directly with our insurance company, and he was so extremely thorough that the insurance company had very few (if any) questions. From the time that we first talked with Preston until the time of job completion was about 10 days. The crew began early in the morning, and they completed the job in one day. The crew stayed behind and thoroughly cleaned up everything afterwards. I literally think I picked up only two nails after the fact. The crew secured all outdoor lawn decor beforehand, and they put it back in place afterwards. They even asked if I was satisfied with the cleanup process before they left.
