Update - owner called my husband and apologized. He was very nice and empathetic. As if this company needs another bad review for people to see how awful they are, I will leave one anyways. Everyone you speak with is extremely rude (technicians included). Nobody in the office knows anything. We have had TWO no show appointments. If the builder of our home hadn’t used them we would never call this company again. STAY AWAY! FAR AWAY!!

I bought a brand new home in the Westbury division and Stephen Elliott contracted this company for my warrenty. My first month in the home water leaked from the hall way bath on the 2nd floor down the vent in my living room ceiling. Alpine came out, couldn’t figure out why the leak happened. Advised me to call back if it happens again. Fast forward 5 months the leak happens again. Alpine came out, stated everything looked ok. Well yesterday fast forward 1 1/2 years later the leak happend yesterday. I was told someone would be out between 9AM -1PM. The time right now is 5PM and I haven’t heard from any one. And of course the office is now closed. I’m considering hiring legal help. Service: Plumbing leak detection

The dishwasher in my Century new construction home drains into my sink. I have not been in this home 30 days. The Alpine plumber calls me and says that the dishwasher and garbage disposal are hooked up on the same line and that is a normal occurrence. When the dishwasher drains it will back up into my sink. I should turn the garbage disposal on and run water down the sink until it clears out.
