This company was wonderful. They responded very quickly to the request and came out the same evening to do an estimate after working hours. Their estimate came in below our budget, which was even better! From the time I sent the request on Home Advisor to the time the repair occurred was 11 days, and that was only due to a holiday weekend and that a custom part had to be ordered. The work was completed in one day and was excellent. My only issue was with the administrative scheduling and billing. An appointment for the repair was originally scheduled for a time that I had not approved, and there was a clerical overcharge. Both issues were resolved immediately and to my satisfaction. This is an excellent company who takes pride in their work and in the satisfaction of their customers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Woke up to roof leak in my master bedroom. Called Crown contracting and Chris came out the same day. A few days later he did the repairs and so far so good. He arrived on time and communicated throughout the process. I recommend this company! No complaints!…Im back a couple of months later 12/6/22. Many rain storms later. Chris is the truth. Chris did exactly what was needed to repair my leaky roof replacing tiles, boots for vents, removing old satellite dish, sealant around attic fans for waterproofing.
