Today is day 2 of Prime Plumbing and the dynamic team of Dee and Orlando working hard to fix my plumbing problem. Day 1 impressed me so much. Dee and Orlando were not only professional, but very knowledgeable and talked me through each step of the job. Dee has a beautiful way of relaxing the customer through humor and I appreciate that so much. I was a nervous wreck. Day 2 is looking good and the problem is almost fixed and Dee and Orlando are working super hard to make sure everything is in perfect condition before they leave. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I would not recommend this business. We had to use them because of American Home Shield. They came out diagnosed a problem and said they were ordering a part. Fast forward a month later and finally they get us on the schedule. I take time off for the window. Night before they call and say their one technician who is in the area (Atlanta) just quit with the part on his truck. They now need to locate the part, and they'll call back to reschedule when they find the part. More time passes, maybe a week or two, and they call to schedule. They tell me 12-3. Day arrives. At 11:15 they say their tech is on the way, should arrive by noon. 12:30 he's not here so I call. He's on the way, should arrive in 20. He finally comes at 1:30. Meanwhile I've been waiting thinking he's coming. When he does arrive, and I tell him what happened, he says your window was 1-4. I say no it was 12-3, and he lets me know this kind of thing happens all the time. Anyway, I wouldn't use them esp if you
