Cesar has been the best! He goes out of his way to deliver excellent customer service. I bought my last air condition unit from him plus two years of service. Cesar calls to do maintenance visits without me having to remind or do anything. His workmanship is good. No hidden costs. He is a good communicator, very friendly and knows what he is doing. Highly recommend him!
Cesar has repaired our air and provided yearly maintenance. He was very professional and took time to explain everything so we’d understand the process. We will continue using Pure Air for all of our heating and cooling needs and recommend him to anyone looking for a heating and air company.
Cesar did an outstanding job. He performed a 21 point inspection on my three units, fixed what was needed and gave me a full report of the entire job.
