I called them because the ECO switch on an 8 year old water heater was repeatedly tripping. They ended up replacing the water heater with a slightly smaller one & making modifications to get things up to code in my older (70's) home. I did not get the impression they were interested in finding out why the switch was tripping or making repairs on the water heater, the plumber didn't check the elements or thermostat for example- the focus was on getting things up to code. What he did do has solved the problem with the switch however. Service: Water heater installation

Replaced the faucet on the front of my house with a new faucet. Works perfectly! Gentlemen worked efficiently and were courteous to me and my cats. I would recommend them to anyone and will call them again if I have any additional plumbing problems.

Had a broken pipe underground that needed to be repaired. They came out and dug it up quickly. The repair took less than 25 minutes to complete and then another hour to let the glue dry. Parts were a couple of dollars. When I got the bill I nearly passed out. They charged nearly $450.00!!! They totally ripped me off. I just had a similar repair and got a different company to do it and was only charged $133. I will not be using Roberts Plumbing again.
