I just moved in the Hall county area.Talking about good customer service and knowledgable about any plumbing issues, I highly suggest if you want a good plumbing company, I say call Roberts. I called this company and one other for a quote on work. As the man was wrapping up, he then told me that I owed him for the visit. I had to hand over a credit card and pay for his visit and time... No one at the office had said that there would be a charge. I have gotten dozens of quotes from different types of companies over the last several years, and this is the first time that I have been charged for a quote without being told about the charge before a quote was actually scheduled. I honestly felt duped. Just based on how slimy that was, I certainly would not hire them to complete work. Transparency and ethics are, in my opinion, crucial to a successful business. Roberts Plumbing did not appear to practice those.
