T&T came out promptly for an emergency repair on a holiday weekend. We were so grateful for their service and ended up hiring them to install a new tankless gas water heater. They were able to complete the installation right away and were friendly and professional. They provided frequent communication throughout the process and we are so happy with the final result. So, Thompson and Thompson was fast, effective, and good. I had a leaky toilet where the service line broke and the tank's bolts weren't as tight as they should have been. The technicians were very friendly. I believe they were done with the job in like 10 to 20 minutes, but as other people mentioned it's 50 dollars for them to come out and the job for less than 20 minutes came out to be over $300. I kind of feel like I should have drove out to Lowes and got some better tools and have a YouTube ready.

I contacted the company to have someone come out and install my washer and dryer. It needed to be changed from a 4 prong to 3 prong due to an older house and the washer needed to be connected to the dryer for the steam line. They knew what needed to be done and sent the appropriate contractors (I assumed). The guys showed up promptly and did not look very experienced. Needless to say, they did not do the job correctly. My washer ONLY runs hot water and the steam line runs water to the dryer every time I turn the dryer on! This SHOULD NOT happen! I called to tell them company thinking they would do the appropriate thing and send out someone as soon as possible to fix it fast at no charge since this was their error. And especially since I paid $340 for the service which was a rip off in itself! The call center person said she could send out a plumber because those were electricians to look at it but they might charge me for whatever service he did! Are you kidding me?! You should have se
