After calling several HVAC companies in the area for annual maintenance, Certified had, by far, the best prices. But before I had a chance to set up for the annual maintenance, we had a problem with condensation leakage. I called and Darryl was able to come out the next day (fast!). He thoroughly inspected the unit until he narrowed down the problem and got it fixed. I could tell he is extremely knowledgeable and really cares to do a great job.
