I an so happy with the work Duane did on my house! I had areas where my dogs chewed into the wall and door frames and he made them look like NEW! He also made the frame on my exterior door look like new through replacing parts and painting. Any task that needed to be done, he did it well. He was always professional and fair with his pricing. First of all, he was prompt and on time. He was at my house 1 hour after calling me about the job(s). Second, he made me comfortable. (I was a single woman at home alone). He presented me with his card immediately, was kind/friendly but not too much so...hard to describe but he was the right mix of professional, friendly, patient, helpful, polite. Third, I gave Duane a fairly lengthy list of things I needed done. He tackled the entire list in right under two hours and everything was done entirely to my satisfaction...not easy to do. All in all, I would recommend him to any friend or family member. I have already started asking him about future projects.
