Paige & Chris were wonderful. They called me before arriving which was very convenient. They both were very kind and answered all my questions. The most important thing to me was that I didn’t feel haggled into buying things or told my entire home is falling apart. Straight to the point and it was exactly the amount that was discussed prior. They did give us a veteran discount as well which was so nice of them. We call them for AC, plumbing… we will definitely keep using this company. We found a pin size leak in our wall of the shower. Our home warranty could not get someone out for 4 days. I called Thompson & Thompson and they came out the next day. The plumbers arrived quickly and within the promised window. They had to dig in the yard to find the water supply shutoff valve. It took a little time for them to find the right part but installed it quickly. All this was under some pressure as a new refrigerator was being delivered and could not have been installed had the plumbing issue not been resolved quickly. I was pleased with the result.
