Bill's Heating & Air has both repaired an older unit & just replaced my HVAC completely. In all encounters, the tech was knowledgeable & professional. Response time to my initial call & overall install time on the replacement were both very quick. I would absolutely recommend using this local business! Services: A/C system repair, Install AC
Had Chris and Bill come to work on the air handler today as the unit fell off the wall. They did a great job. They did a ton of work to get everything reinstalled properly and at a fraction of the cost of what another company quoted me. They earned nothing but my highest regards.
This company has no transparency. Currently put a dispute on the transaction as I type. Came out and did nothing, telling me if I want them to check for problems I would have to pay extra because I only paid for preventative maintenance? Someone guess the price? $175????, thank God this tech wasn't too smart with the check list. I will go by the office for a itemization. Please go with Southern Comfort for serving needs. $85 for service and $90 for cleaning a way better deal. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
