Worst experience. I had a shower handle cartridge strip out and couldn't turn off the shower water. I had to turn off the main water valve to the entire house. They swapped the hardware and even fixed the tub spout for me when they noticed it wasn't seated properly. They gouged the copper pipe and the water leaked behind the wall of the shower for months. It damaged two bedrooms and I had to file a claim through homeowner's insurance to have all the carpet replaced and mold treatment for the drywall. But they know exactly how to evade liability for their mistakes by not thoroughly documenting their repairs. They refuse to recover my deductible because it's not written on the invoice that they touched the hardware. That was the initial reason for the call to have it repaired but, OK. I am now out my $1000 deductible, the original amount for their repair $125.25 and the additional repair by another plumber $283.33. I really cant review their work, but the professionalism is lacking. I called them more than a week ago to schedule a plumber at my house for an emergency. I was told one would be there in a couple of days. 2 days later I called to ask when they would be coming I was told that they didn't know, she didn't do the scheduling. I called later that day and I asked if she could ask her boss what time they would be there.Rachel said "we are going to take care of you but we are trying to take care of everyone before the Hurricane arrives". The Hurricane hadn't even hit Cuba yet, and also never hit Coastal Ga, but that was the excuse they used. They never showed up and never answered any calls or emails asking when they would be there. I called, emailed and messaged on facebook and never got a reply. I finally call another company who sent one the same day. I would not recommend if you have an emergency

Used this company previuosly and the service was completed with no problems. On the second and third attempt they were a no shoe no call after I called several times to check on when they would arrive. I scheduled an appointment each time on the 2nd time no one callef to say they would not show up . I called and was told at 4:00 p.m. no one was comming, then on Monday I recieved a call asking if I still needed the repair, because I was out of town an unable to be present I said no, later that week I calked again when I knew I would be back home scheduled another service call for Friday again my time of service came and went no one called I called 2 hours later and was informed the tech was running behind but he would call, 2 hours later at 3:40 no one called I called them I was told No One was comming. No explanation as to why no one informed me, when I asked to speak to someone else, Mr. Not Helpful he stated they didn't make appointments which was not what occurred three prior tim
