Went on vacation and came back to a house that wouldn’t get cooler than 80°. Called Mission Critical around 0830 and got a same day appointment. Then we got even luckier and they called me back letting me know they could see me even earlier. Ken came, inspected both inside and outside units, and quickly found and fixed my problem. Although the solution seemed simple, he stuck around to make sure the job was done right. Had he not we would have missed the other issue that he found. I’m extremely appreciative to have found a company that will stick around and ensure the job is finished and done correctly the first time. Service: A/C system repair

Company was great up until they broke something and refused to pay for the damage it caused. They stated “it’s going to be hard to prove it was us, good luck”.
