I have used Corbin Comfort Systems for almost 28 years as they have handled the maintenance on my HVAC. They have been very responsive, professional, they show up when expected and the value is worth it. I am very pleased with Corbin Comfort Systems.

Corbin installed our system 7 years ago and, until now, we HAD been fine with their service. But our experience with them today has caused us to seek another company and to register our displeasure here on this board. We called for service for our routine maintenance and for what I thought was a simple-to-understand problem: Our thermostat said '77' but the house felt much colder. The technician, Gene, listened to us explain the problem, then fiddled with the controls a minute and declared everything was fine with the thermostat because the two numbers displayed on the thermostat-- the setting and the reading of the air--said the same number. I tried to explain that that did not tell me what the temperature of the air actually was. He repeated emphatically that the two numbers on thermostat were the same. I called the company, got Mr Corbin on the line. He sounded quite irritated and said yes he had just talked to the technician and repeated the same thing the technician had to
