I have used Corbin Comfort Systems for the past 13 years. However, I'm not as confident today in their services or their responsiveness. I paid Corbin Comfort Systems a week ago to repair my air system. Today it completely stopped working again. It's 81 degrees inside my house! So, I called their main line, which directed me to hang up and dial their "immediate need line." I did that and left a message. No one called back "immediately" or at all. So, then an hour and a half later I left a message asking for help on their Facebook page, and I finally got a call back. Needless to say, that call left me thinking they didn't give a darn about my air system or the fact that I already paid them to fix it. Goodness, this experience was a complete departure from the usual with this company. I chose to go with a competitor who was responsive and seemed to actually care to fix the problem, unlike Corbin Comfort Systems. I paid the competitor rather than deal with Corbin Comfort Systems one more
