He was timely in his responses, timely in the work being completed and his numbers were fair...all things I value in a company/business transaction. My roof was leaking, took several days just to get a call back. Brandon Austin was very nonchalant and resistant to setting a firm window of time for him to come and look at my roof instead giving me an open ended "we might be able to come on Friday..." and never showed up. I called again. He billed my ins for work he never did, drained my policy limit! When he finally did show up he didn't even get up on the roof to check things out! I was furious, requested a different company because he told them my problem was "chipped shingles, leaks". Uh, no. Wrong! He made that up! Several weeks later another guy showed up from Austin's Roofing, I guess to do the work which is a joke. All the good reviews are faked or by friends or family, BEWARE! So far so good with the roof replacement 4 days ago. I was impressed by how well the workers cleaned up my property after the replacement and the punctuality on the day of the replacement. Brandon explained the process to me so I could understand each step. Brandon was very confident in the capabilities of his workers and in their ability to do an exceptional job. So far he has not disappointed. I would recommend his company to others in need of a roof replacement or repair.
