This company was by far the most responsive and reasonably priced service we have found. We had an entire A/C replacement and could not be happier. Every person we interacted with was nice and personable. When deciding our best course of action for replacement i felt like the genuinely had our best interest at heart. This was our 2nd encounter with Mr. Jack. He was professional and diagnosed our A.C. within mins. Provided us with our repair options and was transparent about the cost of the repairs. The unit was back working within an hour of his arrival. We will definitely use this company again and request Mr. Jack as our servicer.
Jake and his manager helped me out with a leaky unit, and even returned several days later free of charge to clean out the drain line after the leaking started again. They went above and beyond to clear out the line of all debris and insure my unit was functioning properly. Both men were punctual, professional and polite. Highly recommend One Hour Air!
