Signed a contract with this company. No out-of-pocket expenses. Once I showed them insurance paperwork they refused to honor their contract and asked for more money. Then they failed to show up or call on scheduled roof installation date. Manuel said he was busy. No apology. Then I had to call them back out to clean gutters once they finished roof. Very happy with the actual roof replacement. Workers did a great job and were tipped accordingly. Manuel said he'd give me and a neighbor estimate to install gutter guards. Asked 3 times. He never showed up. Guess business didn't need the money? I reluctantly gave another neighbor their number. Then Manuel came to my home, up onto my deck yelling accusing me of sharing roofing pricing with a neighbor. Said i cost his business money. I was very patient with these people. When you bring drama to my home, you've crossed the line! Service: Roof installation

Union Roofing and Manuel were awesome to work with during our full-roof replacement and insurance claim. From start to finish, Manuel was professional, always on time, and did exactly what he promised. Manuel walked me through the entire claim process, and worked directly with the insurance company to resolve any issues. The installation happened in one day, and everything was completely cleaned up. The final outcome was fantastic! I would recommend Union Roofing company to anyone needing a new roof!
