I called Chris Moore Roofing to have someone repair a couple of leaks in my roof. A rep picked up the phone and told me she had me scheduled for the following Thursday between 8-11am and they had a guy named 'Trey' who could help me. Thursday came around and no one showed up. I called back and inquired about someone stopping by to repair my roof. The rep pick up and stated she had never heard of me and I was not on the schedule. She told me she would look into it and call me back. I never heard from this company again. I took my business elsewhere.
I called Chris Moore roofing to get my roof redone. They came out promptly to quote and when we agreed to the price, they showed up and did the job on time. The quality of work, workers and equipment used, far exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a new or replacement roof. Service: Roof installation
