Recently had an AC issue and, before I was aware, a different local company was called. The tech spent less than 10 minutes looking at our system before he decided we needed a $400 part. Five days, without air, later and the part had not yet come in. I decided to call CA, as I have worked with them in the past. Our tech was prompt and very friendly. He walked me through some basic troubleshooting and found the problem. No new parts needed and we were running within 15 minutes. He then took the time to show me some preventive maintenance steps in order to avoid similar issues in the future. CA will be our only service provider from now on.

Technicians were very quick to respond (even on the weekend) when we first had a problem. They were professional in their work and their interactions with my wife and me. They worked with us to find the best solution to our problem and once we chose to replace our system (our choice), they were fantastic in their pricing and bringing existing work from previous company up to code. Called conditioned air on a Saturday and they came out within a couple hours and fixed my A/C in less than a half hour. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend these guys when you need any type of A/C service.
