Rude and unprofessional! Hanged up on me when I asked for a quote
Kind, friendly, and professional service. My metal was delivered quickly and have never had any problems with orders or staff. Denise was very helpful and sweet.
Thought I would stop in after work one day and get some prices on metal roofing. I was greeted by a guy who acted as if I was a zombie or something. Very unprofessional! Anybody who wants to make a sell needs to be attentive and kind to a customer and needs to go out of there way to help a customer. This didnt happen he told me wait out here and I will grab you a price list of our products. Not impressed,first impressions are the most important! Went by another metal roofing company and the salesman was very nice and helpful! Even gave me a tour of facility and gave me 10% off my entire purchase!
