Cal Beck and his assistant went above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done! They worked on my plumbing issue, performing tasks outside of what they were required to do (no extra charge!), until things were flowing smoothly. Cal explained each procedure and its related cost. He was friendly, approachable, honest, and fair. You can tell he loves what he does by his enthusiasm, determination, and top-notch work. We called Mr. Rooter for a leak we found. Russ and Dalton came to give us an estimate. I was very impressed with how well they were able to diagnose and explain the leak to me. They spent a lot of time assessing the situation, making me confident in their knowledge and that I was getting an accurate estimate. We called Rooters back a few days later to schedule the work, and they were able to come the next day. Russ and Haydn came to complete the repair. Let me say up front, this turned out to be a difficult job. This leak was elusive to say the least, but Russ didn’t throw in the towel. It turned into a two-day job, and he still completed the work without moving up on the estimate.
