They aren't like they use to be. I move into my home in 2002. Being right around the corner from them, if I had an issue I could call them and usually get someone on my property in 3 hours. Now each time I call, it might be a day before I get a call back from them. Then I get told their technicians are tied up for the next day or two. So I call other providers that actually show up faster than they say they will.
Great work on my hvac! And the only ones who could get the part covered u def warranty. Great people
have 2 unit that were purchase from Stinson called several time and left message have a 10 year warranty on both unit need to have service on both, that is poor customer service. they will not return your call just sell you the unit and warranty and will not service them Service: A/C system maintenance
