Just left Macon store with no indoor Outdoor carpet because there was no one who wanted to take a minute and let the Machine cut it. Waited 30 minutes and two employees went to find help. The two employees were up front talking to each other when we left! Customer Service not!!!

Bought a water recirculate on their website to pick up in store, the next day. They sold me a defective piece that was not only used before but was also missing parts. They lost my respect that same day. Buyers, beware!

We cannot recommend appliance delivery through Home Depot. We ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot instead of Lowe's, even though Lowe's delivered next day, which was 10 days faster, because Home Depot promised free installation. Our delivery window was 12-4, at 2 they arrived at the wrong address ('Way' instead of 'Lane'), waited 15 minutes, and then left without calling or trying to reach out to us, and reported a failed delivery. We called, they said they attempted delivery and we didn't answer, and said they had a picture of the delivery tag they left on our doorstep. Of course there was no tag at our doorstep, and we asked if they had gone to Way instead of Lane. The service rep talked over us insisting that they went to the correct address. I drove over to Way to check and found the delivery tag at that address. We called them and after a few holds they were able to get the deliverers to come back by.
