Cut wire in ac so it will not work. Then quote 2 times more than other companies. Find an alternative. Service: HVAC system maintenance
They will charge $99 if they cannot fix the problem, and $59 if they can but you will not know how much the full price will be until they fix the problem. My Tech thought it was one thing, but it was another. I feel like by my house being so hot inside, he was too tired to fix it or did not know how.
AC went out a few days ago. Alex Stokes came within the time frame I was given for my appointment, he was super friendly and professional. AC was kicking and the house was feeling better within minutes. Service: Repair HVAC
