I have Bartlett's maintenance program. Each time they come to perform maintenance, they call ahead, are usually early, are communicative and thoroughly explain any question that I have. They are trustworthy and give advice based on their professional knowledge. I do not feel like they push me to purchase anything unnecessarily, but make sure my HVAC system is working as best it can to hopefully prolong its already very long life. Bo Trader was my assigned technician; today's visit was my first experience of Bartlett's services. This tech was extremely professional, thorough, and did an amazingly comprehensive job. He explained potential options to me (for now and in the future), explained the potential benefits, and explained them in an order of priority which was really helpful. He took ownership of my AC system as if it was his own. He displayed a fantastic work ethic. Fantastic technician and a fantastic first exposure to Bartlett Heating & Cooling!
