Deason's Heating & Air

I've been using Deason's for 30 years. Now that Mr. Deason is no longer involved with the business, there is a decided lack of forthright communication from the company. I was promised a Monday repair after a Friday diagnosis, which was completely understandable and acceptable. Monday came and went. A company rep told me Monday afternoon that it would be Tuesday or Wednesday, which turned into "maybe Thursday or Friday". I called a different company and was told that "yes, we can do that repair, but it takes a week to get the part". Okay, that also made sense and would be acceptable. I therefore surmised that Deason's had to order the part from the very beginning, and that it would take a week. I just wish they would've told me that from the beginning instead of a seeming run-around. The diagnosis, and then the eventual repair, was done quickly. No problem with that. On Sunday the 16th of August we had a small fire in our AC unit in the house. We were able to put it out, cut power to the unt and called Deason's with our issue. On Monday morning Tyrell was here to assess the situation and we needed to a whole new unit. Tyrell was able to provide us with a quote and what our options would be rather quickly. We scheduled our install for Wednesday. Tyrell and his team were here early Wednesday and installed our new AC unit. We are super pleased with the service and professionalism provided by them.
