My original service man did not show up for my scheduled appointment. I called the customer service line and was assigned to Ruben Delgado. He contacted me immediately, even though it was after hours, and showed up and did a very professional and thorough job. He answered all questions and gave a thorough examination and explanation of our total situation. We will request him specifically every time. Service: A/C system maintenance
Unfortunately nothing wrong with AC when the tech arrived, but they did advise me of policy through my home warranty if it fails again. Very professional Service: A/C system repair
Ed; did a excellent job!!!! another company came Monday and told us Air Conditioner could not be fixed.; Ed walked in was here 10 minutes went to his truck came back with a part came in told me to close my windows and cut it back on we were cool in 20 minutes.
